Suitable for ages 7-10, our kids programme will not only teach your little ones the fundamentals of boxing, but we'll use games and drills to build confidence, make friends for life, and most importantly have fun!

Our youth classes are suitable for ages 11-15, in these sessions we'll expand on your tactical and technical knowledge with games, drills and padwork.
